Fresh install on rts.ulxi.com — nothing is configured yet. Build v0.46.0.
This install has been sitting unclaimed for a while, so the open window closed. Open the Plesk File Manager and read /var/www/vhosts/sniper.ulxi.com/sniper-app/data/sites/rts.ulxi.com/INSTALL-TOKEN.txt. It is inside the application folder. In the Plesk File Manager that is /sniper-app/data/sites/rts.ulxi.com/INSTALL-TOKEN.txt. Turn on show hidden files in the File Manager if you do not see it. Paste what it says below. Re-uploading app.py also reopens the window for an hour, if that is easier.
/var/www/vhosts/sniper.ulxi.com/sniper-app/data/sites/rts.ulxi.com/INSTALL-TOKEN.txt
/sniper-app/data/sites/rts.ulxi.com/INSTALL-TOKEN.txt
app.py
Sets the password for this install and writes it, hashed, into this site's own data directory. It is never stored in a script, never in the folder you sync, and never leaves this server.
Create an API Key in the Twilio Console under Account → API keys & tokens. Skip this and add it in Settings later — the app just will not search until it has one.
Used for the “Open Sniper” link in alerts and for the poller heartbeat URL you will paste into Plesk. Detected from your browser — correct it if this domain answers on another name.
Paste a blueprint exported from another Sniper install to copy its dial plans across. Blueprints never contain credentials, and every imported plan arrives disabled and set to Watch.
After this you will land on Settings, where the poller heartbeat URL is waiting to be copied into a Plesk scheduled task.
